Terms of Service

By accessing or using School Ease, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. Use of the platform constitutes acceptance on behalf of your institution.

School Ease is licensed for use by schools, educational institutions, and their authorized staff. You may not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful content, or to reverse-engineer any part of the service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

All data you enter into School Ease — including student records, attendance, and fee information — remains your property. We act as a data processor on your behalf and do not claim ownership of your institutional data. You may request a full data export at any time.

We aim to maintain 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance and will notify users in advance. We are not liable for any loss arising from temporary unavailability of the service.

Subscription fees are billed annually as agreed at sign-up. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your agreement. We reserve the right to suspend access for non-payment after a 14-day grace period.

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice at renewal. Upon termination, your data will be available for export for 30 days, after which it will be securely deleted.

School Ease shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before any material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
